Eco-Friendly Garden Pest Control Workshop!

Thursday, July 31, 2025
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

While this time in the summer is generally when gardens thrive, plants also tend to be more vulnerable to hungry bugs and critters. Traditional pest control methods for gardens, such as synthetic pesticides, are not sustainable and damage natural ecosystems. Join the Planet Blue Ambassadors and the Environmental Interpretive Center during this special Community Garden Event to learn more about how to create your own garlic-based pest control spray instead! Other pest control management techniques will be discussed as well. We will have food, music, and native seed packets.

If you plan on attending, please . We hope to see you there :)
