Dreams in Practice A Soiree in the City
From all of us at ÂÜÀòÉç-Dearborn, thank you to everyone who made "Dreams in Practice: A Soiree in the City" a remarkable evening. The historic Michigan Central Station was adorned in maize and blue, full of special people, and was a beautiful space to celebrate ÂÜÀòÉç-Dearborn.
The evening was truly memorable. Guests enjoyed a fantastic evening while learning about the research, students, and programs at ÂÜÀòÉç-Dearborn's four colleges. Interactive displays and presentations showcased groundbreaking projects and initiatives, and guests met the people behind the work.
The program included remarks from Chancellor Domenico Grasso, who discussed the successes of several ÂÜÀòÉç-Dearborn alumni and programs. Warde Manuel, the Donald R. Shepherd Director of Athletics, brought additional excitement to the event as emcee, and the night’s dancing was sparked by a surprise performance by members of the Michigan Marching Band!
