Did you know you can pursue all of our master's programs and many of our certificates online? We know that many of you balance jobs, families, and other commitments. That's why we offer flexible learning options to help you earn your degree and advance your career seamlessly. The College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) offers online courses asynchronously, providing the flexibility you need. As an online student, you'll view recorded lectures, participate in optional synchronous discussions, submit assignments, and complete assessments using Canvas, the ÂÜÀòÉç-Dearborn learning management system. You won't be required to come to campus, and you'll receive the same course content, assignments, and assessments as on-campus students.

There's no distinction between degrees earned online and those earned on campus. However, you must declare your intention to enroll in either the online or campus program when you apply.
